Define your study using our 5-step project wizard. Set your methodology (IDI, FGD, survey, usability test, and more), target demographics (age, state, LGA, income, occupation, device, language), sample size, session format (Zoom, Google Meet, in-person), timeline, and incentive per participant. Your eligible participant pool size is shown in real time.
Build Your Screener
Add a custom screener questionnaire to filter applicants automatically. Use our drag-and-drop builder with 12 question types, skip logic, and automatic disqualification rules. Or let our AI generate a full screener from a plain-English brief in under 30 seconds.
Fund Your Wallet & Publish
Top up your Roma Intelligence wallet before publishing. Funds are ring-fenced in escrow — one project at a time. Your wallet shows Available Balance and Reserved (Escrowed) separately. Publishing requires sufficient balance to cover your total incentive budget.
Review Applicants & Confirm Participants
Matched participants apply and complete your screener. Review their profiles in your Participants dashboard — match score, reliability score, screener responses (qualifying answers highlighted in green, disqualifying in red), demographics, and past session history. Confirm, shortlist, or reject with one click. Bulk actions support up to 50 participants at a time.
Run Your Study & Pay Automatically
Sessions run via Zoom, Google Meet, or in-person. When you mark a session as complete, the participant's incentive is automatically released from escrow to their wallet within 60 seconds — no manual payments, no bank transfers, no follow-up needed.
